Throughout the project duration,  the team of Cisco, CBRE, RN Rouse and the Wooten company, worked very closely to successfully deliver this complex project. I  particularly found the cooporation of RN Rouse and the management  of all the sub-contractors and suppliers  under their contract to be exceptional.  Their participation in the pre-construction phase delivered real value to the project,  both in delivery time and in construction cost. 

As with all complex construction projects, challenges both small and large, developed during construction. Increased project scope was added throughout it all, the staff of RN Rouse maintained  a professional, positive attitude and remained focused and committed to delivering the project on schedule.
