We recognized many years ago that certain clients have need for a different approach to getting their projects constructed. These clients prefer a qualified, independent agent to provide them with pre-construction services, construction administration and guaranteed final cost after establishing their final scope of work for the project. To meet this need we developed our managing contractor group
which allows us to control cost, provide the desired quality and schedule of the project. Under this plan we can provide all or any part of the above services our clients desire.

The Project Management Team in each of these groups reports directly to an owner/officer of the corporation. The goal of each group is to provide the process and the products that best meet our client's needs.
