At the outset of the project, we will assemble a design team, consisting of architect, project manager and sub-contractors. We will discuss and then devise a schematic process for the project. Once we agree on the schematic design internally, we will submit schematic drawings and a design development plan for the owner to sign off on. Next, a construction document is assembled, and the project is sent out for bids. Finally, the presentation is made to the owners with recommendations and a final budget in hand.
