111 Commonwealth Court Office Building

Project Summary:
This is a wood framed structure with a brick and storefront veneer. The 10,000 square feet of space provides office, conference, and kitchen space for two Car NC businesses. This project had one challenging element. The owner and the Town of Cary wished to save a very large tree located close to the main entrance. Through careful planning and construction this goal was attained. This building also sets itself apart with the unique “eyebrow” window that overlooks the front entry.
