Project Summary:
This facility is a 3 story structural steel/concrete on metal deck building is comprised of 30,860 sf. There is 26,400 sf of office and common area, 2500 sf of video production, and 1650 sf of break area/ recreation. The recreation area consist of 650 sf of gymnasium for employee wellness/fitness and state of mind. The exterior construction is a combination of precast, tilt-up, composite metal panels and storefront. Epic Games contracts with Microsoft to provide the world with the most technologically advanced video games ever created or invented.
