Project Summary:

This project consisted of renovating an existing warehouse with a footprint of 10,700 SF. A second floor was added in the existing building, and a two-story addition, with a footprint of 7,000, was constructed. The 36,700 SF facility has a structural composition of concrete on metal deck, and an exterior construction of glass storefront and EIFS on masonry/metal studs. The interior is mostly office space made up of individual offices, as well as cubicle space. 2000 SF of the ground floor houses the most up to date technology in the data center. Access flooring and Liebert units help control the conditions in this delicate environment.
