Project Summary:
The Polley Clinic is a 6,700 square foot, $700,000 facility built for Dr. Dennis Polley for his practice of Dermatology. The building’s exterior is unique in that it is constructed of 2’ x 2’ ceramic tile panels, glass block, and glass walls topped off with a green metal standing seam roof. The interior consists of carpet, vinyl wall covering, ceramic tile and some painting, with exposed spiral ductwork in the Lobby and Examination Rooms. This enhances the modern design of this building’s interior as the ceramic tile does on the exterior.
