Project Summary:
Building GX is a three story (two story with a daylit basement) building comprised of approximately 4,450 sf per floor, for a total of 13,348 sf total. The structure is a composite steel framed system. The building exterior is a combination of brick veneer on metal stud framing and storefront windows. Floor finishes include carpet, VCT, ceramic tile and athletic wood flooring. Wall finishes include painted gypsum board and ceramic tile. The ceiling is primarily lay-in acoustical ceiling tile with some gypsum board soffits.
