SAS/R Research and Development Facility

Project Summary:
This is a seven-story cast-in-place concrete facility with a precast and glass window-wall exterior skin. This facility has elaborate electrical systems to include a UPS system. The highlight of this facility is a five-story atrium area with a huge skylight. This facility was completed in 13 months. The Data Base Center encompasses 65,000 sf of communication technology infrastructure.
