Project Summary:
This two-story facility is a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and their product is a blood plasma substitute material. The facility is a structural steel frame with a composite concrete floor system. The HVAC system, a new standard for clean room construction, is designed for the stringent clean environment requirements in regard to the ductwork and function of the elaborate system. The extensive ductwork and equipment are all components that had to be engineered with certification installation, airflow, and monitoring for the interstitial space.
