Neil Medical Distribution Facility

Project Summary:
This project consisted of a 115,000 sf distribution facility constructed of structural steel with exterior walls of pre-cast panels. This facility also consisted of approximately 20,000 sf multi-story office space. Office space was constructed of metal studs with gypsum board walls. The first floor was slab on grade and second floor was concrete on metal decking.
