Project Summary:
In the late 1980’s this church began to experience rapid growth. They were at that time situated in a small structure on the present site that is now utilized as an educational facility. In 1989, R. N. Rouse & Co. was approached by the church with a need of a new sanctuary, galleria and balcony area of approximately 25,000 square feet with an established budget. Our firm was able to provide them with such a structure with a seating capacity of approximately 1200 seats within their budget and a schedule to suffice for their needs. This structure is of structural steel and reinforced concrete frame with an exterior insulated finish system.
