Project Summary:
This four story facility, with a footprint of 13,500 SF including walkways, is composed of structural steel, with a metal stud, Hardi-plank siding, brick veneer and stucco exterior. The ground floor consists of 2500 SF of retail & office space, with the remaining area ready for upfit. The second floor has (3) two bedroom, two bath condominium units per wing, each condominium consisting of 1300 SF. The third floor has (2) 3 bedroom, three bath (includes an upper floor) condominiums and (1) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium per wing, with the larger condos consisting of 1700 SF and the smaller encompassing 1300 SF. The two wings of the building are connected by a traffic-topped concrete breezeway that runs through a central tower, which houses the elevator. Each condominium has custom color selections, including hardwood floors, porcelain tile, and crown molding. Each unit also has a private, screened-in rear porch offering terrific views of the St. James Marina and Intercoastal Waterway.
