Project Summary:
This project consists of constructing an 8,000 SF addition to the existing facility. A 4,500 SF Surgical Center with recovery on the west side of the building and 2,500 SF of additional exam rooms at the east end of the building. 2,500 SF of the existing facility was renovated and additional space was created for administration personnel. Additions to the existing facility were completed in 10 months. Renovation of the existing facility was completed in 4 months.
