J. Paul Stricht Center on Aging and Rehabilitation

Project Summary:

This project is a five-story building, consisting of a poured-in-place (pan system) concrete structure, with the exterior walls being brick. The interior has metal stud and CMU walls with sheetrock. The finishes of the walls consist of special paint, vinyl wall covering and granite. The ceilings are acoustical tile and sheetrock and floor finishes are carpet, vinyl tile and granite. Special items that are also part of this project are the installation of a therapy pool, electric track conveyor system, computerized pneumatic tube system, pneumatic trash system and food service equipment (kitchen).
