Project Summary:
Construction involved the renovation of 16,000 SF at the existing nurse’s residence area to meet current building codes, ADA requirements and provide for new mechanical and electrical requirements. The 22,000 SF addition was to provide a public concourse/entrance to link the outpatient facility and the new auditorium and conference rooms. The upper level addition houses the board room, administrative suite and medical library.
