The SAS Executive Briefing Center will be a 290,000 square foot facility
in Cary, NC. The building consists of a 6 story office tower and a two level
briefing center featuring state of the art auditoriums, prefunction and briefing
space. The facility also has a full service dining area, as well. The
project is currently under construction and is approximately 50% complete.
The
curtain wall system is complete on the majority of the office tower, including
glazing. Interior metal studs and plumbing mechanical, electrical and fire
protection rough in are nearing completion in the entire facility. The
roofing is approximately 40% complete. The anticipated “dry-in” date
for the facility is in early March. The site utilities are complete and
the parking and drive areas have curb and gutter and binder course of asphalt
installed. Landscaping has also started in the parking lot perimeter and
islands.
The project will be ready to occupy in early 2011.
